These are the steps to disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security for your AWS Windows 10 Workspace.  This assumes that you have "administrative" permission over your Workspace. If not, contact your AWS Workspace Administrator for assistance.

Also note that this will potentially expose your PC to the "dangers" of the Internet. Before continuing, please make sure that your PC has adequate protection.

1. Go to the Start menu and select Server Manager.

2. Select Local Server in the left pane of the Server Manager Dashboard.  And then click on the term “On” next to the IE Enhanced Security Configuration option, in the mid right side of the main pane.

3. In the resulting popup, change both the Administrators and the Users to “Off” and click on OK.

4. Close the Server Manager Dashboard and start up Internet Explorer. A popup will appear warning you that IE Enhanced Security has been disabled. You should be able to surf to you hearts content without any further Microsoft security nags.
