Root credentials are incredibly important and sensitive and because they should never be used they are also easy to lose. At Cloud303 we take account security very seriously. Only three of us have access to root account logins and we should we every lose our MFA mechanisms or Yubikeys we keep spares in a safe deposit box so that we can never lose control of your accounts.
* We will never hold your account hostage. We will happily return your root account access to you at any time you decide to leave our AWS organization.
